About the role

We are looking for experienced appointment‑setting agents to join our growing team in Marrakech. The role involves contacting prospects, scheduling meetings for our sales teams, and ensuring a smooth hand‑over of qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients in French.
Listen to client needs and propose suitable meeting times.
Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Follow up on scheduled appointments to confirm attendance.
Collaborate with the sales department to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

Strong command of French (both spoken and written).
Excellent listening skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Previous experience in a call‑center environment is a plus.
Team‑oriented attitude with a positive outlook.

Required skills

What we offer

Permanent contract (CDI) with social security contributions (CNSS).
Comprehensive training provided.
Fixed working hours (9 am‑1 pm, 2 pm‑7 pm) with weekends off.
Base salary plus performance‑based bonuses, net 7 800 MAD.
