Experienced Valuation & Business Modelling Manager/Consultant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Valuation & Business Modelling team that is a market leader in corporate valuation across the Maghreb. You will work with senior executives of large and mid‑size national and international companies on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs and financing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuation and advisory missions covering price negotiations, transaction optimisation, acquisition price allocation, and goodwill impairment testing.
• Develop and maintain financial models for development plans, investments, financing structures, integration synergies and scenario analysis.
• Analyse intangible assets such as brands and patents and support legal and fiscal reorganisations.
• Perform economic and market analyses, including competition assessments and regulated‑market studies.
• Collaborate with clients, PwC France and Maghreb service lines, and international PwC offices, while supervising 1‑2 junior team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Transaction Services, M&A, Private Equity, Strategy or Valuation.
• Graduate of a top engineering or international business school with a finance specialization.
• Strong curiosity for financial matters and solid understanding of corporate and market strategies.
• Fluent English and excellent analytical, writing and business sense.
• Proven rigor, teamwork orientation and ability to thrive in a challenging client‑focused environment.
