Expert AIX / RHEL – Systèmes

About the role

We are looking for a senior Systems Expert with deep knowledge of IBM AIX and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) to support critical production environments as part of a large‑scale transformation, migration and modernization program.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and operate IBM AIX and RHEL platforms in production.
• Maintain operational readiness and availability of all systems.
• Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, patching and hardening activities.
• Manage technical obsolescence and decommission legacy platforms.
• Implement and sustain high‑availability and clustering solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and lead root‑cause analysis.
• Automate routine administration tasks using Ansible or equivalent tools.
• Contribute to test strategies and validation before production roll‑out.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems administration.
• Proven expertise with IBM AIX and RHEL in critical production settings.
• Hands‑on experience with migrations, upgrades, patching and security hardening.
• Strong background in high‑availability, clustering and shell scripting.
• Experience delivering at least five complex projects of similar scope.
