About the role
The Expert HR Analytics & Controlling will support HR decision‑making by tracking headcount, analysing labour market data and ensuring compliance with global HR policies.
Key responsibilities
- Track and control headcount availability using dedicated KPIs.
- Provide HR data for RFQs, new business plans and business transfers, including payroll and time data.
- Analyse and report HR data according to global standards and local requirements.
- Submit labour market analysis, cost developments and other HR‑relevant data for plant footprint decisions.
- Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, reports and presentations for the business.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in finance, controlling or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity and change‑management abilities.
