Expert suivi-évaluation & mesure de performance communication

About the role

NTU International is seeking a non‑principal expert to lead monitoring, evaluation and performance measurement for communication activities within an EU‑funded visibility project in Morocco. The role supports strategic communication, public diplomacy and results‑based management for the EU‑Morocco partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for communication outputs and outcomes.
• Collect, analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data related to communication performance.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards for project stakeholders.
• Provide evidence‑based recommendations to improve visibility and impact of EU initiatives.
• Collaborate with communication teams to align M&E activities with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum BAC+4 (or equivalent) in monitoring‑evaluation, statistics, data science, social sciences, development economics, communication or a related field.
• Fluent French; Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and English are assets.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in monitoring‑evaluation, performance measurement, results‑based management, project/program evaluation or data analysis applied to communication or development. If the degree requirement is not met, a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
