Facilities Coordinator

About the role

Join TUI Morocco as a Facilities Coordinator and ensure a safe, efficient, and well‑maintained working environment for our people and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day management of facilities services, including office equipment, infrastructure, and safety compliance.
• Manage service contracts with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, monitor performance and control costs.
• Support property portfolio management, workplace planning, office optimisation projects and moves.
• Oversee inventories, assets and workplace equipment, and coordinate maintenance activities and inspections.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities management, workplace operations or procurement coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain accurate records.
• Independent work style combined with effective relationship‑building with colleagues, suppliers and service partners.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
