Facilities Manager

About the role

Lead a team responsible for building operations and maintenance across medium to large sized sites, supporting client managers with repairs, investment plans and overall facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training and development for facility staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching and manage recruiting and hiring.
• Schedule daily activities, assign tasks and oversee team workload.
• Coordinate and manage facility repairs, maintenance and capital projects.
• Prepare and control operating and capital budgets.
• Approve vendor relationships, invoicing procedures and review price quotes for parts, services and labour.

Required profile

• Engineering bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6–10 years of relevant Facility Management experience.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Facility Management certification preferred.
• Proven leadership in staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
