Facility Manager

About the role

The Facility Manager will oversee end‑to‑end facility operations, infrastructure projects, technical services, workplace safety and budget administration for a high‑performance BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, UPS, BMS, FAS) and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Lead infrastructure expansion, fit‑out and renovation projects, coordinating with architects, contractors and vendors.
• Ensure ISO audit readiness, maintain EHS compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and control annual facilities budgets, track expenses and drive cost‑optimization.
• Oversee soft services such as housekeeping, security and pantry operations, ensuring service quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of facilities operations experience, preferably in BPO or data‑centre environments.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.

Required skills

• Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical systems, UPS, BMS and FAS.
• Experience with CMMS/BMS/CAFM tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Project management and vendor management capabilities.
