Future Business Leaders – Fast Track Program is a structured, 3‑6 month rotational program aimed at recent engineering graduates who aspire to become Business Engineers, General Managers, or entrepreneurs within the next 5‑10 years. The program is divided into three phases, each lasting 1‑2 months, followed by a department ownership phase based on performance.
Phase 1 – Sales Representative Retail (1‑2 months):
- Work directly with retailers (handouts, mini‑markets, etc.).
- Learn order generation, promotion execution, shelf negotiation.
- Understand in‑store dynamics beyond theory.
Phase 2 – Sales Representative Wholesale (1‑2 months):
- Transition to wholesale, grasp volume, pricing, and negotiation.
- Study wholesaler mindset and growth strategies.
- Use data to track performance and identify opportunities.
Phase 3 – Managing a Wholesaler Portfolio (1‑2 months):
- Take responsibility for a set of wholesalers.
- Monitor performance, margins, assortment, activations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to solve problems and unlock growth.
After Rotation – Department Ownership:
Based on performance, you will assume ownership of a key department such as Growth/Sales Operations, Key Account/Wholesaler Management, Trade Marketing/Activation, Data & Performance (Business Analysis), or Operations/Territory Management.
Your Role:
- Field presence: visit retailers and wholesalers, understand daily realities.
- Sales & negotiation: convince, influence, create win‑win deals.
- Data usage: track KPIs, build dashboards, propose actions.
- Relationship management: build trust with partners and internal teams.
- Project ownership: lead a department or project scope with clear targets.
- Rapid learning & execution: test, learn, adjust with a bias for action.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate from an engineering school (0‑2 years experience).
- Fluent in French and Darija; English is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets basics).
- Driver’s license is a plus for field work.
- Comfortable with 100% ownership and high availability.
- Adaptable, quick learner, enjoys numbers and relationships.
- Not afraid to be measured on results.
