Field Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our Technical Service team in Morocco. The role focuses on delivering hands‑on support for filling machines and auxiliary equipment, ensuring reliable operation for our food and packaging customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades of filling machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers and operators, including production support, training, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Monitor equipment performance, spare parts, tools, and technical resources to ensure reliability and operational efficiency.
• Prepare technical and warranty reports and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Support customer claims, efficiency trials, audits, and technical improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards while communicating technical issues, risks, and deviations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in food or packaging.
• Good command of English; French and Arabic.
• Flexibility to travel to customer sites.
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proactive, independent work style and strong commitment to safety.
