Finance & Admin Manager

About the role

The Finance & Admin Manager will support Jetex Morocco from its headquarters in Marrakech. The role oversees core finance functions such as reporting, ledger management, budgeting, tax compliance and internal controls, while providing analytical support to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records, journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Analyse financial performance, budgets, forecasts and variances.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes and contribute to budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure tax compliance, prepare tax reports and coordinate audit documentation.
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• ACCA qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, credit practices and collection regulations.
• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections or finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and willing to be based in Marrakech.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting systems and database applications.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
