Finance Analyst – Automotive Industry

About the role

Adient is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its Kenitra facility. You will support the finance controller by managing cost standards, inventory controls, and internal audit activities within the automotive seating business.

Key responsibilities

• Determine standard cost roll‑up and analyse variances between current and standard costs.
• Develop and monitor work instructions for materials and bids.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales to update purchase prices in the system.
• Provide stock estimations and ensure accurate month‑end close and forecasting.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations, inventory movement controls, and SOX testing for sales, material and inventory.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning ability and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, tracking sheets, data handling).
