Finance Analyst – Commercial/PM Finance

About the role

Join TE Connectivity as a Finance Analyst supporting product and project management teams on a global scale. You will develop financial models, manage capital expense budgeting, and provide insights to improve the organization’s financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Financial Business Partner for product‑aligned work teams, covering product management and project management.
• Develop new product financials, investment business cases and manage capital expense requests and budgeting.
• Lead regular portfolio‑focused financial reviews and support dashboard/report maintenance for business partners.
• Perform sales and margin forecasting, margin mix reporting and analysis.
• Participate in annual recost process and own the CRA process.
• Manage a small team (1 direct report), assess capabilities and develop talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration (MBA a plus).
• 5+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably in manufacturing and S&OP environments.
• Strong communication skills, able to present and defend analyses to senior management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.
• Experience using financial consolidation systems.
• Advanced spreadsheet analysis (Excel) and ability to create pro‑forma or forecasted financial statements.
• Capability to perform drill‑down variance analysis and explain root‑cause.
