Finance Analyst - Manufacturing & Operations

About the role

The Finance Analyst will support the Power and Signal Solutions sub‑vertical by owning the non‑plant P&L and providing analytical insight that drives operational decisions. You will work closely with supply‑chain, procurement and operations leaders to create transparency and improve financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own and report on the non‑plant P&L, coordinating actions between plants and shared services.
• Develop and implement new reporting tools and analytics for non‑plant areas.
• Track monthly material productivity, freight, distribution and purchasing costs.
• Support global supply‑chain and procurement leaders with data‑driven insights.
• Control indirect spend, hiring plans and cost‑center accounting.
• Forecast, budget and monitor non‑plant financial performance.
• Perform cost‑saving reviews, ad‑hoc financial impact analyses and project work.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 8+ years of finance experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing budgeting, forecasting and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, independently and proactively.
