Finance and Accounting Manager

About the role

The Finance and Accounting Manager will ensure the integrity of all financial records for FLO Group, supporting both statutory compliance and internal decision‑making. You will work closely with the Head Office finance team and local stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and maintain strong controls.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records for sales, depreciation, cash, taxes and other transactions in line with local legislation and Group policies.
• Prepare and submit statutory financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) and monthly management reports on time.
• Reconcile bank accounts, monitor cash flows and communicate regularly with suppliers, banks, tax authorities and internal teams.
• Manage tax matters including declarations, audits, authority requests and refunds, ensuring compliance with Moroccan tax regulations.
• Coordinate external and internal audits, enforce Group financial policies and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, and identify and mitigate accounting risks.
• Provide timely financial information and analysis to senior management for business decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
