Finance Business Partner – Treasury & Tax Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to lead treasury, tax, and financial governance functions. The role will act as the main liaison with banks, external advisors and public authorities, ensuring compliance and driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all banking relationships, short‑term financing, cash flows, FX operations and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee the procure‑to‑pay process, vendor payments, and compliance‑driven HCP/HCO payments.
• Supervise order‑to‑cash activities, accounts receivable, payment allocation and overdue follow‑up.
• Coordinate leasing agreements, asset financing, payments and lifecycle reporting.
• Ensure tax, legal and regulatory compliance (VAT, withholding tax, declarations) and support public tender certifications.
• Support audits, financial reconciliations, inventory counts and asset verification.
• Strengthen internal controls, finance governance, vendor compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, provide T&E compliance support and finance onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance; CPA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA is a plus.
• 1‑2 years experience in a multinational environment as a Finance Controller or Business Partner, preferably in Pharma or FMCG.
• Strong communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics, and solid analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in business English.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Macros, Look‑Up functions).
• Experience with SAP ERP.
