Finance Controller – Manufacturing

About the role

CANPACK Morocco is seeking a Finance Controller to join its finance team in Nouaceur. The role supports a fast‑paced manufacturing environment by handling financial planning, performance analysis, cost control, and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and analyse variances.
• Prepare accurate management reports and financial analyses.
• Support month‑end closing and ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with operational teams to improve business performance.
• Identify cost optimisation opportunities and monitor key performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in financial controlling or management controlling, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• SAP (asset).
