Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, located in the capital of Morocco, is a flagship luxury property spanning 15 acres with 13 buildings, restaurants, and extensive gardens overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The Director of Finance will be a key member of the hotel leadership team, reporting to the General Manager and providing financial oversight to the Regional Director of Finance and the Vice President of Operations Finance. Responsibilities include safeguarding hotel assets, delivering accurate financial information, establishing internal controls, and advising senior management on financial strategy.

Key duties:

• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local and corporate regulations, tax laws, and the Management Agreement.
• Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations, purchasing, food & beverage, and IT to optimize cost structures.
• Support hotel opening and expansion projects, including capital budgeting and ROI analysis.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5 or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, hotel accounting, purchasing, F&B control, and IT systems.
• Fluency in French and English; ability to work in Morocco.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
