Finance Intern – Asset Verification (ref 12507)

About the role
Join STMicroelectronics as a Finance Intern and support the accuracy of our fixed‑asset records. You will work on‑site to confirm that physical assets match the information stored in SAP, helping the company maintain compliance with SOX requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Verify that physical assets on the premises exist and correspond to the SAP fixed‑asset register.
- Identify discrepancies between the register and actual assets and document them.
- Tag assets that lack identification labels.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain missing eMAMA documentation for asset movements.
- Update SAP data to ensure reliability and SOX 1.7.1 compliance.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a finance‑related technical degree or licence.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Business‑level proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
