Finance Manager in Training (MIT)

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager in Training (MIT) to join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco. The MIT program is designed to develop future finance leaders through hands‑on training, mentorship and exposure to all key areas of hotel finance.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily accounting functions and assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
• Participate in audits, month‑end close activities and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Gain experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls and business analysis within a luxury hospitality environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English required; French and Arabic highly preferred.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.
