Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will support daily execution of general‑ledger processes and provide client assistance in understanding these procedures. This full‑time position is based in Fnideq, Morocco and focuses on ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with applicable laws.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement accounting projects and standard‑operating‑procedure audits across the property.
• Perform account balancing, ledger reconciliation, credit‑card ledger maintenance and contract verification.
• Generate accurate financial reports, presentations and analysis to support decision‑making.
• Monitor taxes, ensure proper accruals and document profit and loss statements.
• Complete period‑end close activities and maintain strong internal controls.
• Provide guidance to other units on accounting and budgeting policies.
• Analyze information and evaluate results to choose optimal solutions and resolve problems.

Required profile

• Four‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (no experience required) OR a two‑year degree with at least two years of finance/accounting experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting procedures, fraud and collection regulations.
