Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the financial reporting and control activities for LEONI Cable Solutions in Morocco. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations while supporting the company’s growth in the automotive and cable sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS, local GAAP and tax law.
• Determine and value balance‑sheet items according to national and international accounting standards.
• Conduct monthly plausibility checks of profit & loss and balance‑sheet results.
• Manage payroll and related personnel provisions such as vacation, overtime, bonuses and pensions.
• Oversee fixed‑asset accounting, including acquisitions, depreciation and disposals.
• Handle accounts receivable, booking incoming payments and reconciling bank statements.
• Handle accounts payable, posting outgoing payments and monitoring due dates.
• Lead legal‑entity budgeting and mid‑term planning for both P&L and balance‑sheet forecasts.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in financial reporting, accounting or controlling.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP and tax regulations.
