Finance Manager – Morocco

About the role

Givaudan is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial, control and compliance activities for its Morocco operations. Based in Casablanca, you will report to the Area Finance Manager for Africa and the Middle East and supervise a Senior Financial Accountant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain appropriate balance‑sheet structure for legal entities and support accounts receivable/payable processes.
• Forecast cash flow in coordination with Group Treasury and provide reliable financial analysis to support decision‑making.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and internal/external reporting packages in line with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
• Ensure internal controls, proper documentation, and retention of accounting vouchers and legal finance documents.
• Coordinate and lead all external audits, ensuring compliance with Group policies.
• Oversee management accounting processes, including cost of goods sold calculations.
• Collaborate with Group Tax on tax planning and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial management, reporting and compliance within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of statutory accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to lead external audit processes and work closely with tax authorities.
• Excellent analytical skills and the capacity to challenge business activities constructively.
• Leadership experience, including supervising finance staff.
