Finance Manager – Strategic Financial Planning & Control

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust accounting practices, accurate reporting, and effective cash‑flow management. This role partners with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health and stability of the company’s finances and oversee all accounting processes.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial analyses to support decision‑making.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and quality‑review processes.
• Lead debt recovery initiatives and coordinate credit actions with sales and legal teams.
• Provide MIS reporting, monitor performance indicators, and investigate variances.
• Coordinate treasury and cash‑flow requirements with top management.
• Support talent development within the finance department and act as a change agent.
