Finance & Operations Specialist

About the role

Veylinx is looking for a Finance & Operations Specialist to manage day‑to‑day finance and operational tasks. You will handle invoicing, payments, payroll, and onboarding while collaborating closely with the COO and CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Issue client invoices, chase payments and keep receivables clean for Dutch and US entities.
• Process supplier invoices, prepare payments for director approval and reconcile bank receipts in Exact Online and Xero.
• Maintain deal‑to‑revenue tracking in HubSpot and produce weekly cash overviews.
• Prepare payroll inputs per country, coordinate with payroll providers and handle Moroccan payroll and tax administration.
• Run end‑to‑end onboarding and offboarding, prepare contracts and manage leave tracking.
• Automate recurring tasks (invoicing, reporting) and document the solutions as part of the automation taskforce.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in finance administration or accounting, preferably in an international scale‑up.
• Solid bookkeeping fundamentals and experience with an accounting system such as Exact or Xero.
• Demonstrated ability to automate or improve a finance‑related process.
• Professional English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Proactive communication style, able to chase and follow up without prompting.
