Finance Specialist

About the role

Clinvet Morocco is seeking a Finance Specialist to support its local finance function. The role combines accounting, tax and Moroccan corporate legal compliance, ensuring accurate financial data for the central Clinglobal Finance team while managing statutory obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, review and prepare financial data for central processing, verify documentation and maintain accounting records.
• Prepare reconciliations, supporting schedules and assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of Moroccan tax declarations, VAT, corporate and withholding tax filings.
• Support payroll administration, ensuring correct CNSS, payroll and employee documentation and meet statutory deadlines.
• Maintain the company’s legal register, corporate legal files, and coordinate shareholders’ meetings, board resolutions and filings with external advisors and authorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or OFPPT Bac +2 in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience with Moroccan accounting principles and corporate legal documentation.
• Practical knowledge of Moroccan taxation and CNSS payroll requirements.
• Strong accuracy, ability to meet multiple deadlines and follow established processes.
• Fluent communication in French and/or English.
