Finance Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Trainee to support our Finance & Controlling team. You will work closely with the purchasing department and finance colleagues to ensure accurate accounting operations, timely vendor payments, and reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review vendor billing information in financial systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Support reporting, budgeting, cost control and financial analysis activities.
• Assist controlling processes, compliance checks and financial decision‑making.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports, margin reports and inventory variance updates.
• Enter and analyse data in eMIS and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Supervise petty‑cash management and process local and foreign currency payments.
• Coordinate budget, forecast and financial plan preparation.
• Maintain files and records according to policies and support tax return preparation and inspections.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and numerical abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
