Financial Controller

About the role
Kenz'up, a fast‑growing fintech startup in Morocco, is looking for a Financial Controller to lead its financial reporting and analysis functions. You will ensure accurate accounting data, support strategic decisions, and help the company scale its digital cashback services.
Key responsibilities
- Produce reliable daily and monthly financial reports and maintain dashboards.
- Analyze variances between actual results and forecasts, including cost, margin, and productivity variances.
- Ensure consistency and reliability of accounting and management data.
- Oversee contracts, suppliers, insurance, and related administrative documentation.
- Provide financial insights to support operational performance and decision‑making.
Required profile
- Solid experience in finance, controlling, or audit.
- Ability to manage all financial and administrative operations autonomously.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with a high level of ownership.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and French.
