Financial Planner – Remote (MENA Region)

About the role

LearnLux is seeking a qualified Financial Planner to provide one‑on‑one financial guidance to employees across Morocco and the broader MENA region. This fully remote position works through LearnLux’s digital platform, helping members with budgeting, retirement, equity compensation and other personal finance topics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct remote consultations via video, chat and email to advise members on budgeting, retirement readiness, equity compensation and related financial matters.
• Apply LearnLux’s Global Planning methodology, adapting it to the specific needs of MENA‑region members.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute expertise to continuously improve guidance offered.
• Develop a deep understanding of employer benefit plans and act as a trusted extension of HR during open enrollment periods.
• Collaborate with the content team to create outlines, review financial lessons and approve content for the digital platform.
• Lead engagement initiatives for employer partners, including digital webinars and occasional on‑site events.

Required profile

• Relevant designation, certification or diploma in personal financial planning or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience delivering one‑on‑one financial guidance across areas such as retirement, equity compensation, budgeting, debt management and estate planning.
