First Line Manager

About the role

Cipla is seeking a First Line Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Medical Representatives across Morocco. You will be responsible for driving commercial objectives, ensuring optimal market coverage, and executing the company’s growth strategy in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets across the assigned territory.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate Medical Representatives through regular field coaching and development plans.
• Translate corporate sales strategy into actionable territory plans and ensure flawless execution of promotional campaigns.
• Track KPIs, analyse sales results, and implement corrective actions to meet performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and Support functions to align initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements, and report to the Commercial Director.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Commerce, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Medicine.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with successful team management.
• Strong knowledge of the Moroccan pharmaceutical market.
• Recognised leadership abilities with excellent communication, organisational and decision‑making skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
• Geographic mobility across Morocco.
