Fitness Instructor

About the role
The Fitness Instructor will lead fitness programmes and assessments for guests and members at Conrad Rabat Arzana, ensuring a high-quality experience while supporting the hotel’s health‑club and pool facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and deliver tailored fitness programmes and inductions.
- Advise guests and members on proper use of gym equipment.
- Schedule and ensure adequate staff coverage for the pool, gym and reception areas.
- Perform regular pool tests and maintain cleanliness of reception, changing rooms, poolside and gym areas.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Promote the hotel’s fitness facilities to residents and prospective members.
Required profile
- NVQ Level 2 qualification in a sport‑related subject.
- High standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Passion for health and fitness.
