Food & Beverage Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Park Hyatt Marrakech seeks a passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Reporting to the hotel leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, in‑room dining, and banquet services.
• Ensure consistent luxury guest experience in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Develop, coach, and inspire managers and team members, fostering a culture of engagement and continuous learning.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, quality assurance, and service innovation.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, labor productivity, revenue optimization, and cost control.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create memorable dining concepts and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
• Work with all hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and successful events.
• Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required profile

• Previous leadership experience in Food & Beverage within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong operational knowledge across restaurants, bars, banquets, and luxury service standards.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and departmental profitability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
