Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join its team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily outlet operations, ensure exceptional service standards and create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver high‑quality guest experiences.
• Assist with training, coaching and development of team members.
• Manage guest requests, feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Coordinate daily activities with the culinary department and other hotel areas.
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation standards and adherence to Four Seasons operating procedures.
• Support inventory control, cost‑management and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons brand standards and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of food and beverage experience, including supervisory duties, in a luxury hotel, resort or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
• Eligibility to work in Morocco.
