Food Production Operator – Bouskoura

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Production Operator to join our food manufacturing facility in Bouskoura. The role focuses on operating and supervising automated biscuit finishing and packaging lines while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automatic packaging and flow‑pack equipment.
• Adjust production parameters such as temperature, speed, dosing and sealing.
• Monitor product quality and final packaging appearance.
• Use IT tools to control production, record data and ensure traceability.
• Feed and supervise automated lines, performing change‑overs and basic equipment adjustments.
• Identify and resolve basic machinery issues.
• Carry out basic cleaning and maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Follow HACCP, hygiene and food‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• GCSEs, vocational qualifications or equivalent.
• Experience in an automated food‑packaging environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with digital production and quality‑control systems.
• Ability to work autonomously in a high‑pace production setting.
