Food Production Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Production Team Leader to oversee one of three production lines in our food manufacturing plant located in Bouskoura. The role combines hands‑on supervision, safety and quality assurance, and continuous‑improvement activities to meet output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 30‑50 production operatives and coordinate daily shift activities.
• Monitor production output, efficiency metrics and quality indicators.
• Ensure compliance with food safety (HACCP, BRC) and occupational safety regulations.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings and incident investigations.
• Train, mentor and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Manage shift handovers, attendance records and basic disciplinary actions.
• Escalate operational issues to the Plant Manager and support continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain production documentation, reports and shift logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in food manufacturing is highly valued.
• Fluency in French and/or Arabic; English or Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts, including on‑call availability.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Knowledge of BRC certification requirements.
