Food Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Food Server will deliver attentive, efficient and courteous service to guests in the resort’s dining outlets. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Marrakesh and involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders and serving food and beverages in line with the resort’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets resort standards.
• Set, clear and maintain tables throughout service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation.
• Respond quickly to guest requests, concerns or special dietary needs.
• Process payments and uphold health, safety and hygiene guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of food & beverage operations and serving standards.
• Basic cooking awareness and understanding of special dietary requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
