About the role

The Waste and Depollution Trainer will develop learners' competencies in waste management, environmental remediation and protection. The role involves designing and delivering theoretical, practical and on‑the‑job training to meet labour market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct training programmes on waste management, depollution and environmental techniques.
• Select and integrate trainees into the training programmes.
• Monitor and evaluate trainee competencies according to established pedagogical standards.
• Supervise on‑site internships and assess professional skills acquired.
• Provide individualized support to trainees facing difficulties.
• Participate in pedagogical and technological watch to keep training content up‑to‑date.
• Contribute to the development and management of training activities within the institution.

Required profile

• Holder of a specialised technician diploma, licence, master or equivalent in waste management, depollution, environment or a related field (minimum grade 09 of the public service).
• Minimum three years of operational experience in waste management, depollution or environmental sectors.
• Knowledge of biochemistry and microbiology applied to the environment.
• Age under 45 years (under 40 for a technician diploma) at the start of service.
• Moroccan nationality.
