نبذة عن الوظيفة

تسعى OFPPT إلى تعيين مدرب مهارات ناعمة (Soft Skills) لتقديم دورات تدريبية في مناطق دخلة، كلميم، العيون، مريلفت، طنطان وطرفاية.

المهام الرئيسية

إعداد وتقديم برامج تدريبية في المهارات الناعمة.
متابعة وتقييم أداء المتدربين.
تحديث المواد التدريبية وفقاً لاحتياجات السوق.

الملف المطلوب

شهادة مؤهل في مجال التدريب أو مجال ذي صلة.
خبرة سابقة في تدريب المهارات الناعمة.
إجادة اللغة الفرنسية (واللغة العربية إذا أمكن).

المهارات المطلوبة

قدرة على التواصل الفعّال.
مهارات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت.
إلمام بأساليب التدريب الحديثة.
