Formateur Expert – Programme Création de Contenu Digital & Médias Sociaux

About the role

We are seeking three expert trainers to deliver a high‑impact digital content creation and social media program for young influencers and content creators in Benguerir and Youssoufia. The mission is to share expertise, mentor groups of 10‑15 participants, and help shape a new generation of responsible digital creators.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 26 training days over three months (13 days in each city).
• Design and lead interactive workshops covering journalism, digital strategy, and audiovisual production.
• Mentor participants, provide feedback, and assess progress.
• Collaborate with the program team to ensure curriculum relevance and quality.

Required profile

• Expert 1 – Communication & Media Journalism: Master’s degree in Journalism, 10+ years teaching or training experience.
• Expert 2 – Digital & Content Strategy: Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, 3‑5 years professional experience.
• Expert 3 – Audiovisual Shooting & Editing: Master’s degree in Audiovisual/Cinema, 3+ years professional experience.

Required skills

• Journalism, debate facilitation, interview techniques.
• Social‑media management, storytelling, SEO, audience monetisation.
• Smartphone/camera video shooting, video editing, podcast and videocast production.
