Founding Chief of Staff

About the role

We are launching a premium interior fit‑out company in Morocco with ambitions to expand across Africa. As our first strategic hire, you will work directly with the Founder to translate the vision into a fully operational business system before the official launch.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine the company’s Blueprint, including processes, SOPs, and organizational structure.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and identify AI‑driven automation opportunities.
• Prepare functional specifications for future internal software and define KPI frameworks.
• Coordinate with external consultants, strategic partners, and support long‑term strategic planning and expansion.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, operations, project management or business transformation.
• Excellent analytical and writing abilities with a strong organizational mindset.
• Advanced use of AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.
