Fractional B2B Marketing Lead

About the role

The Fractional B2B Marketing Analyst role is a remote contract position focused on supporting demand‑generation and revenue‑growth initiatives for B2B technology clients. You will analyze campaign performance, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve targeting, channel performance, and full‑funnel conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze campaign performance data and identify trends across ABM, pipeline generation, and content‑led demand programs.
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor full‑funnel conversion and buyer‑intent signals.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and client teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting and optimization of partner and ecosystem‑driven campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven sales and marketing analytics capabilities with strong KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to internal teams and clients.
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and revenue funnels.
• Experience with B2B SaaS or AI‑based products and familiarity with ABM platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
