Fragrance Evaluation Specialist – Casablanca

About the role

We are seeking a passionate individual to join Givaudan’s Fragrance Evaluation team in Casablanca. You will embark on a structured learning journey, gaining hands‑on experience with real briefs and contributing to the creation of memorable scents.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate fragrances, deepening knowledge of fragrance history, raw materials, olfactory families and signature styles.
• Collaborate with senior evaluators and experts on live projects to understand client and market needs.
• Provide insights on consumer trends and fragrance concepts to category teams.
• Manage briefs using Givaudan’s IBIS system with mentor feedback.
• Participate in Givaudan’s Evaluation Development Programme and explore tools such as Colibri and FragranceLand.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong olfactory abilities – ability to recognise, describe and memorise scents (tested).
• Interest in fragrance materials, application categories and consumer insights.
• Willingness to learn Givaudan’s digital platforms (IBIS, FragranceLand, Colibri).
• Curiosity, creativity and a collaborative mindset.

• Proficiency with standard PC tools and digital platforms.
