Freelance AI Architect – Data Analytics

About the role
Infomineo seeks a Freelance AI Architect to design and shape the technical foundation of its Analytics & AI practice. You will work on high‑impact client engagements, defining standards, frameworks, and architectures across data engineering, analytics, data science, and AI.
Key responsibilities
- Design end‑to‑end data architectures including lakes, lakehouses, warehouses and streaming pipelines.
- Define standards for data modeling, storage, ingestion and transformation, and architect MLOps and AI deployment infrastructure.
- Lead technical decisions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open‑source tooling.
- Mentor cross‑functional teams, create reusable frameworks, and conduct architecture workshops with clients.
- Support pre‑sales activities, translate business requirements into scalable blueprints, and assist the Head of Practice on business development.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in data architecture or a similar consulting environment.
- Full professional proficiency in English and at least one additional language.

- Data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Redshift.
- Programming: SQL, Python, Scala, Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, Hive.
- Streaming: Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming.
- MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML.
- Orchestration: Airflow, dbt.
- Containers & CI/CD: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, GitHub, GitLab.
- Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
- BI & visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker.
