Freelance Digital Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are a digital marketing agency in Marrakech seeking a full‑time freelance Digital Marketing Project Manager. The successful candidate will own end‑to‑end marketing projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery that meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and oversee digital marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Lead and supervise specialists in SEO, social media, content creation, design and video production.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress and enforce deadlines.
• Maintain accountability for quality and completion of all deliverables.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify and resolve obstacles to keep projects on track.
• Review final outputs before client delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a solid grasp of SEO, social media, content marketing and overall digital strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or lead a team of specialists.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving capability and ability to work independently.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Available to work full‑time during Morocco business hours.
