Freelance Language Teacher – In‑person lessons in Ben Guerir

About the role

Cartus is looking for experienced freelance language teachers to deliver in‑person lessons to adult learners relocating to Ben Guerir, Morocco. You will help expatriates and their families acquire the language skills they need to settle comfortably in their new environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct face‑to‑face language classes for adult learners based on client demand.
• Adapt teaching materials to the cultural and practical needs of newcomers.
• Assess learner progress and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with Cartus relocation teams.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Arabic, French, or any Berber dialect (e.g., Tashelhit, Tarifit, Kabyle, Tamazight, Tamahaq).
• Previous experience teaching languages to adult learners.
• Ability to travel to and work on‑site in Ben Guerir.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
