About the role

We are looking for reliable freelance mystery shoppers to evaluate the customer journey at an automotive showroom in Bouskoura, Morocco. The role is project‑based, allowing you to complete the visit at your convenience within the assigned timeframe.

Key responsibilities

• Visit the designated automotive showroom anonymously.
• Assess the test‑drive experience, staff interactions, and overall service quality.
• Complete a structured online survey with detailed feedback after the visit.

Required profile

• Resident of Bouskoura or surrounding area.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and meet the deadline of 23 May 2026.
• No prior mystery‑shopping experience required.
