About the role
We are looking for freelance mystery shoppers in Oujda, Morocco to anonymously visit a selected automotive showroom and assess the complete customer journey. The assignment is project‑based and can be completed at your convenience within the given timeframe.
Key responsibilities
- Visit the designated automotive showroom without revealing your identity.
- Evaluate the service experience, including test‑drive procedures, staff interactions and overall ambience.
- Complete an online questionnaire with structured feedback after the visit.
Required profile
- Resident of Oujda, Morocco.
- Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Available to perform the visit within the assigned period.
Required skills
What we offer
- Reimbursement of 130 AED upon successful completion and approval of the report.
- Flexible timing – you decide when to carry out the visit.
- No prior experience required.
