About the role

Join a fast‑paced, global team as a Freelance Operations and Community Associate. You will manage the full mission execution cycle for designated projects, handling fieldwork, pilots and ensuring timely, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, train and certify a sufficient number of active Evaluators from the internal database for specific projects.
Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions according to company standards, client requirements and project deadlines.
Coordinate project activities and report status to the Operations Manager or Team Lead.

Required profile

Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management.
Excellent communication skills in English and French.
Positive, outgoing personality with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Customer‑service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.

Required skills

Microsoft Office proficiency.
