Freelance Psychologist (Remote & Hybrid)

About the role

Mizaji, a Moroccan health‑tech platform, is expanding its roster of qualified psychologists. The role focuses on delivering remote psychological services through secure telehealth tools while also contributing to broader programmes such as workshops and training.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions online and monitor client progress over time.
• Administer, score, and interpret psychological assessments.
• Provide psycho‑education to clients and wider audiences.
• Participate in group programmes, workshops, and training delivery.
• Maintain client records in line with professional and legal standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and refer clients when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum Master’s degree in psychology or a closely related field.
• Valid licensure or registration to practice, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
• Demonstrated ability in individual interventions, group facilitation, and psycho‑education.
• Experience selecting, administering, and interpreting psychological measures.
• Fluency in Darija, English and French; professional English highly valued.
• Ability to work independently, manage a caseload responsibly, and adapt to flexible scheduling.
