Freelance QA Tester

About the role

CyphX is seeking a detail‑oriented Freelance QA Tester to ensure the stability and functionality of a web/mobile platform during its MVP phase. You will work remotely, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver a product ready for real users.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute manual test scenarios covering registration, login, and core platform actions.
• Validate forms, dashboards, admin panels, notifications, and key business workflows.
• Test APIs using Postman or similar tools and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, screenshots or videos, severity, and expected behavior.
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and verify responsiveness across desktop and mobile screens.
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and UI/UX team members to improve overall product quality.

Required profile

• Good understanding of software testing fundamentals.
• Experience with manual testing of web or mobile applications.
• Ability to write clear test cases and detailed bug reports.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Commitment to work full‑time for the fixed project duration.
